Terms Of Service
Prices
- All prices shown include VAT and are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices do not include Shipping or Installation fees.
Discount Codes
- We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes at any point, even if an order has been processed.
VAT
- VAT is charged at the current rate of 20% to customers within the European Community.
- For VAT Registered customers within Europe, you will need to order by e-mail as our online store does not have the facility to process and validate VAT numbers.
Payment
- We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards via PayPal only.
- We also accept VISA Debit, MasterCard Debit and Switch debit cards via PayPal only.
- For card payments we will require the full card number, expiry date, issue number and card holders full statement address details.
- For sales in excess of £100, we can only deliver to the statement address of the cardholder unless you have passed 3D Secure or Verified by VISA.
- We also accept bank transfers, please contact us for our bank account details.
- Cheques are no longer accepted.
Our Right of Cancellation
- If for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply the goods, we may cancel the agreement at any time before delivery.
- Any sums paid will be refunded in full.
- We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage arising from such cancellation.
Dispatch and Delivery
- Weekday cut off time for same day dispatch on stocked items is 14:00 (GMT/BST).
- Please contact us on 01793 228485 to confirm stock availability if you need urgent dispatch.
- Late same-day dispatch may sometimes be possible if arranged in advance.
Stock
- Our website does not display stock levels and items are not directly held in stock.
- Please contact our sales team if you require delivery by a specific date.
- Do not book professional fitting until goods have been received and checked.
Overseas Customers
- We don’t accept orders outside the United Kingdom.
Returns Procedure
- Returns must be requested within 7 working days of delivery.
- A Returns Notice Number must be obtained before returning goods.
- A copy of your invoice must be included with all returns.
- Items without a Returns Notice Number will not be refunded.
- Used, fitted or installed parts will not be accepted.
- Returned goods must be in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- VAT and import duties on returns will not be covered.
Finance / Credit
- All applications are subject to credit and identification checks.
- 0% interest free finance is available on selected purchases.
- Goods must be delivered to the billing address on the finance application.
Further Terms and Conditions
- Special order parts cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly described.
- Orders returned within 7 working days will be credited in full.
- Late cancellations may incur a minimum 25% handling charge.
- Damage or shortages must be reported as soon as possible.
- All returned items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Modified items will not be credited.
- Painted products must be trial fitted before painting.
- Wheel nuts must be checked after 25 miles following workshop fitting.
- Advisories on invoices may include legal requirements.
- Exchange units may be refused if unserviceable.
- Surcharges on rebuilt items are refunded only if accepted by the supplier.
- All goods remain property of VGS Performance until paid in full.
- No labour claims are accepted.
- Warranties are non-transferable.
- Manufacturer inspection may be required for warranty claims.
- A valid invoice is required for any warranty consideration.
- No returns accepted after 14 days from delivery.
- Old parts left after installation may be disposed of after 5 business days.
- Shipping of old parts can be arranged upon request.
