Many drivers don’t realise that we use the same diagnostic system found in VW Group dealerships. Our workshop runs ODIS Factory Software with an official subscription, which gives us full access to genuine diagnostic functions across Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Škoda and Volkswagen Commercial.
What this means for your car
Using ODIS allows us to carry out accurate fault diagnostics, commission new and existing control units, and complete key coding and immobiliser work. We can also update software to the latest OEM versions and activate features such as Sat Nav, App Connect and retrofit components when supported. Digital Service History updates are handled in-house as part of this process.

All our technicians are dealer-trained and have more than 50 years of combined experience working with ODIS. The system is only as useful as the person operating it, and having the right training ensures the work is completed properly.
